You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund.

1. Eligibility for Refund:

  • Be returned in its original packaging with all original tags/labels attached.

We cannot offer refunds on:

  • Items with visible wear or damage not caused during shipping.
  • Items missing parts or packaging.
  • Items that show excessive wear or nearing end-of-life condition.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.

2. How to Request a Refund:

If your item meets the above conditions:

  1. Contact our support team at support@kiminit.com to get your return approved.
  2. Once approved, print your purchase confirmation email and the return label we provide.
  3. Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging.

3. Refund Timeline & Fees:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

4. Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account and contact your card provider.
  • Processing times vary by bank.

II. Return Policy

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, under the same conditions as our refund policy.

1. Return Requirements:

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition.
  • In original packaging with tags/labels intact.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Damaged or heavily worn items.
  • Items with missing parts or packaging.
  • Custom or personalized products (these are not returnable, but may be eligible for exchange in case of damage).

  1. Print your order confirmation email and return label.
  2. Safely package the item.

III. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

IV. Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
  • We do not refund original shipping or handling fees.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
