At Kiminit, we understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, we’re here to help—with a few important guidelines.
Order Modification & Cancellation Window
You may cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this 24-hour window, your order will be in production and cannot be changed or canceled, as it will already be queued for processing and shipment.
How to Cancel or Modify an Order
To request a cancellation or modification, please follow these steps:
- Prepare your order details, including:
- The email address used to place the order
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
- A clear description of your change or cancellation request
- Email us at: support@kiminit.com
- Use the subject line: [Modify/Cancel Order + Your Order Number]
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window:
- We will begin processing your refund right away.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. Some banks or payment providers may take longer to process.
We aim to respond to all cancellation/modification requests within 2 business days.
