Each Hawaii shirt is custom-made just for you.
Production Time: 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday)
Because our products are handcrafted, production may take slightly longer than standard retail — thank you for your patience!

Estimated Delivery Time

Transit Time: 10–22 business days (Monday to Friday)
Please note that shipping time may vary based on your location and carrier performance.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $5.99 for all orders
  • Free Shipping: On orders over $100

We do our best to meet expected delivery timelines. However, we cannot be responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or local delivery disruptions.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your order is confirmed, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.
If you’d like a refund, please follow our Return & Refund process within 30 days of receiving your item.

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
If you haven’t received your item:

Returns & Refunds

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We do not accept returns via Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Please provide a tracking number for your return.
