If you believe that material on our site infringes your intellectual property, please follow the steps below to submit a claim.

How to Report Intellectual Property Infringement

We follow the guidelines of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Upon receiving a valid infringement notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the infringing content
  • Notify the affected party
  • Take appropriate action against repeat offenders, which may include removing their account

To file a complaint, please send a written notice that includes the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work (or other intellectual property) that has allegedly been infringed, including any relevant registration number(s).
  2. Description of the infringing material and its specific location on kiminit.com (please include a direct link or product name).
  3. A statement explaining how you believe the content infringes your rights.
  4. Your full contact information, including:
    • Full Name
    • Mailing Address
    • Phone Number
    • Email Address
  5. A statement made in good faith that the use is unauthorized by you, your agent, or the law.
  6. A declaration that the information you’ve provided is accurate and that you’re the owner (or authorized to act on behalf of the owner) of the intellectual property in question.
  7. Your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens Next?

Once your DMCA notice is received:

  • We will promptly remove or restrict access to the identified content.
  • The affected party will be informed and may submit a counter-notice.

Submitting a Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or you have the right to use it, you can submit a counter-notice containing:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your full contact details.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal Court for your district (or our district if outside the U.S.) and that you’ll accept service of process from the original claimant.
  5. Your signature (physical or electronic).

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the content unless the original complainant takes legal action within 10–14 business days.

Important Note

Knowingly filing false claims under the DMCA can result in legal consequences, including damages and attorney fees.
